Alphabet and the Egyptian Hieroglyph connection

The origins of the present-day alphabet can be traced back to the hieroglyphs, but this first jump is admittedly somewhat speculative.

Around 1900 BC the Proto-Sinaitic script began to appear in Egypt, the Sinai and the Levant (particularly the Egyptian turquoise mines of Serabit el-Khadim in Sinai).

Proto-Sinaitic consists of roughly 19 or so signs that can be, at least theoretically, associated with hieroglyphic or hieratic signs.

proto_sinaitic_sign

Whatever the mysterious origins of the script, it eventually spread East throughout the Sinai and the Levant and was adopted by the Canaanites (hence it’s other names: Proto-Canaanite or Old Canaanite) and later by the Phoenicians.

Alphabet and the Zodiac connection

Language evolved out of the evolution of human thought in reflection of the constellations of the zodiac.

The information below reveals the 22 letters of the Phoenician language as directly correlated with the zodiacal signs.

The 22 letters of Hebrew evolved out of the same Phoenician roots, with Kabbalah concealing Hermetic / Solar wisdom of the ancients, just as the Chinese letters/zodiac as well as the 72 cards of the Tarot.

The following is a breakthrough evidence and insight for understanding the relation and evolution of human psychology, mysticism, superstition, language, spirituality, religion and esoteric knowledge.

Brian Pellar’s incredible 2-part analysis

Excerpts from Brian Pellar’s reports

proto_sinaitic_sign

While focusing on China, Moran noted an interesting correspondence between the twenty-two Hebrew letters of the alphabet, the twenty-two Chinese calendar signs, and the twenty-eight lunar asterisms or lunar constellations.

1953 he published the results in his book The Alphabet and the Ancient Calendar Signs (Moran and Kelley 1969).

In 1994 Gordon then noted a correlation between the thirty letter Ugaritic alphabet and the thirty-day lunar zodiac letters of the Phoenician alphabet were correlated in couplets with the constellations of the zodiac.

Aleph, which I knew was literally translated as a “bull’s head,” seemed to naturally join with the next letter, beth, which not only had the general shape of a body, but also a tail aleph and beth resembled the constellation Taurus

Very strong connection between the zodiac’s astrological symbols and the Phoenician letters/couplets

Rotate the Phoenician alphabet ninety degrees counter-clockwise, and join the twenty-two letters
into sequential couplets, a pattern appears that resembles the eleven constellations of the
Egyptian solar zodiac.

Proto-astro-alphabetic glyphs also appear on a European stag bone from 3800 BC, and on a Karanovo Culture zodiac from 4800 BC.

The form of Pisces not only resembles the Phoenician letters ‘he’ and ‘waw’, but more interestingly, it has a stronger resemblance to modern Hebrew letters, which were derived from Phoenician by way of Aramaic.

Twelve signs of the zodiac found in 1931 on a bronze coin during the excavations of Rapallo, Italy :

zodiac-italy-mural

These astrological symbols just might help prove a correlation between the Phoenician letters and the zodiac

It looks like pi was built into some of the Eygptian’s astro-theology

Correlation between the twenty-two Hebrew letters of the alphabet and the twelve constellations of the zodiac comes from the Sefer Yetzirah: The Book of Creation

Twenty-two foundation Letters:
He placed them in a circle
like a wall with 231 gates.
The circle oscillates back and forth….

He burned them with the seven [planets],
He directed them with the twelve constellations

The number “231” refers to the number of lines that can connect to 22 points/letters in a circle. Kaplan states, “In general, if a number of points are placed in a circle, the number of possible lines that can connect any pair of points can be easily calculated. If we let n be the number of points, and L the number of lines, the formula is:

L = n (n – 1)/2
…. The number of lines that can connect the 22 letters placed in a circle is therefore (22
X 21)/2…. Making the calculation, we find that there are 231 lines. These are the 231
Gates” (Kaplan 1997: 109).

The astro-alphabetic pattern can be clearly seen in the Karanovo Zodiac, which comes from the Bulgarian village of Karanovo in Sliven Province, and which dates to 4800 BC

disco-karanovo1

It also appears that very early on in Karanovo, in addition to the proto-alphabetic glyphs that were used calendrically (as they marked the four seasons), there already existed a theological/symbolic division/coupling between the upper head and lower body of both the bull that makes up Taurus, and the prone figure of the goddess that constitutes Virgo

bull-goddess

Overland transmission of the twenty-two specific glyphs into China from the West in the second millennium BC

The idea of the precession pre-dated Hipparchus by, at the very least, a thousand years

The zodiac found at Serabit El-Khadim (Figure 7b), is interesting in that this zodiac was found at a location to which the origins of proto-alphabetic letters have been traced.

Our ancestors for hundreds of thousands of years look to the sky as their physical and spiritual roof (because they perceived themselves as being literally nestled and protected within the womb/vessel/heavenly sphere of the great goddess),

The night sky was seen as a blackboard on which the gods first chose to illustrate and illuminate their wisdom and the creation of all things past, present, and future via patterns of light that formed pictures, letters, or words (Logos). The earth to them was merely a reflection of what was patterned/written above.

100,000 Year Old Technology & The Roots Of Ancient Egypt

The Christian New Testament was fabricated out of ancient solar religions.

A fabrication inspired by the success of the original biblical fabrication of the Old Testament, it’s self a cover up of Egyptological solar traditions.

But where did ‘ancient Egypt’ come from?

And how far back does human history really go?

How about 100,000 years to the tip of Southern Africa… the actual ‘garden of eden’.

Why significant?

To fuel a car, you need to know the type of engine.

To build tall buildings, we must first have strong foundations.

To achieve spiritual completion, you need to know where you come from and what exists.

To create the future, you need to integrate the past to understand and obsolete the present.

Let’s get down to the root of human experience.

Various Extracts Which Paint A Wonderous Picture…

The Puranas, ancient historical books of India, speak of the civilization of Ethiopia as being older than that of Egypt.

Classical historians and geographers called the whole region from India to Egypt by the name of Ethiopia.

Homer and Herodutus called all the peoples of Sudan, Egypt, Arabia, Palestine and Western Asia and India ‘Ethiopians’

In Africa the Ethiopians, Egyptians, Libyans, Cannanites and Phoenicians were all descendants of Ham (according to the Bible the children of Ham were Negroid)

The Phoenicians in the days of Christ called themselves Ethiopians, and the Scriptures called the Samaritans Cushites.

Ethiopia is known in the Bible as Cush.

Sanskrit writings of India say that Cush included Arabia, Asia Minor, Syria, Nubia, Armenia, Mesopotamia and an extended region in Africa.

The Puranas speak of the Cushites going to India before they went to Egypt, revealing Hindu civilization coeval with that of Chaldea and the country of the Nile.

Gerald Massey, English writer and author of the book, Egypt the Light of the World wrote, “The dignity is so ancient that the insignia of the Pharaoh evidently belonged to the time when Egyptians wore nothing but the girdle of the Negro.”

Pharanoic Kings originated in Nubia (Sudan) 300 years before the first Egyptian dynasty. Between Nubia (Sudan) there was an intimate relationship and some of the great Egyptian Pharoahs who ruled Egypt like Tarquaha came from Nubia.

African tribe that historians gave the fictitious names the Sumerians, Akkadians, and the African Tribes that were the Ancient Egyptians.

The Cush Empire was the very first civilization, dating back to 8000 B.C.

The Dogon tribe in Mali West Africa have been telling their story of an Extraterrestrial visitation in the past, by beings from the Star Sirius B sometime around 8,000 years ago

Rock arts of France and Spain are said to be about 30,000 years old.

The rock art of the Blombos Cave on the southern shores of South Africa date back to 77,000 years.

Blombos Cave, whose entrance from the Indian Ocean coast is seen here, is the site of a 100,000 year old artist’s studio.

Scientist now believe that mining technology was used in Southern Africa before 100,000 B.C.

In September 1988, the age of the first human habitats in Swaziland and Zululand were determined to be 80,000 to 115,000 years.

Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), found in living peoples throughout the world could be traced to a common ancestor who lived in Africa about 200000 years ago”

Only very recently the fossil of a child said to be 3 (three) million years old was found in Ethiopia

In Genesis 11, Abraham was from Ur of the Chaldees, a land whose earliest inhabitants included blacks.

Evidence that this was the first civilization, from where the Sumerians and Egyptians got most of their knowledge and symbolism

Is it possible that all these symbols originated in Africa with the early humans and get dispersed around the globe, only to return back thousands of years later as adapted by their newly civilized custodians?

Sumerians and even the Egyptians inherited all their knowledge from an earlier civilisation that lived at the southern tip of Africa more than 200,000 years ago…mining gold

Human history on Earth cannot be separated from gold. Since the earliest of times, humans have been obsessed with gold and have been mining it in all kinds of ways. Even God, as early as Genesis 2, displays his own obsession with gold when he talks about the garden of Eden where there was gold.

The ancient name for Africa was “Akebu-Lan” (mother of mankind) or “Garden of Eden.”

Africans are the indigenous Native Hebrews (ancestral Jews).

A review of a DNA study of Jewish African tribes discovered one of the African tribes from which some of the people of the Exodus originated.

“Adam’s Calendar” is the flagship among millions of circular stone ruins, ancient roads, agricultural terraces and thousands of ancient mines, left behind by a vanished civilisation which we now call the First People.

They carved detailed images into the hardest rock, worshipped the sun, and are the first to carve an image of the Egyptian Ankh – key of life and universal knowledge, 200,000 years before the Egyptians came to light.

There are at least 2,000 ancient gold mines scattered throughout Southern Africa, in close proximity to the ruins

The site is estimated to be around 75,000 years old, as dated by rock art in the area.

The concentric nature of their construction bears a striking similarity to the megalithic ruins found on Malta.

Many of the circular structures are aligned to specific geographic points including solstices and equinoxes.

The three rocks in the center of the circle are aligned with the star formation, Orion’s belt, just like the great pyramids of Giza, Mexico, and China.

These were also the people who carved the first Horus bird, the first Sphinx, built the first pyramids and built an accurate stone calendar right in the heart of it all.

They are riddled with sacred geometry, Reiki symbolism and the Phi factor or golden ratio of 1,618.

It appears that this same civilization was being guided by the same knowledge as the civilizations that built pyramids all over the world without communication that we are aware of.

We may be staring at the very first concentrated human settlements inhabited by the early Homo sapiens, some 200,000 years ago.

The Cone-Head Conspiracy (answers to humanity’s past and present)

Point 1

Karen Hudes believes an ancient humanoid species identified as Homo Capensis are either an inspiration to or a direct current influence of the global elites who are attempting to maintain control over humanity. (see video above)

Point 2

Society today is still greatly influenced by an ancient civilization that existed way before our own ancient Egypt.

In the 1st Century, Egyptian priest-scribes, then keepers of the world’s oldest known records, claimed that the earliest rulers of Egypt were non-humans – immortals.

Point 3

Real cone-head skulls are apparently being uncovered with DNA testing to establish their place in history.

There is evidence of a past civilization in South Africa more than 75,000 years old. The Boskop Homo capensis skull was found between Ka and LOd. And there is evidence that Big Brain Homo capensis, estimated average IQ 149, was dominant over Homo sapiens in this region.

The Paracas skulls [in Peru], have cranial volumes up to 25 percent larger and 60 percent heavier than conventional human skulls, meaning they could not have been intentionally deformed through head binding/flattening. They also contain only one parietal plate, rather than two.

Peru may end up being home to a species of humanoid that does not even fit on the evolutionary tree as it is now known. – http://guardianlv.com/2014/04/paracas-elongated-skulls-new-dna-info-reveal-shocking-information/#yC3BFyfHQvqojSmL.99

Point 4

Cone heads were then admired as ‘noble’ during recognized ancient history

They think those the most noble who have the longest heads. – Hipocrates

Point 5

King Akhenaten was a Cone-Head (genetic or formed?). Akhenaten was an Egyptian Pharaoh.

The occupant of the `mystery tomb’ of the Valley of the Kings (KV 55 Wiki ref.) is now said to be Akenaten – based on DNA testing which indicated he was was the son of Amenhotep III and the father of Tutankhamun, and that his `age-at-death’ was consistent with Akenaten’s estimated demise.

Below – c-scan comparison of Akenaten’s skull (top two), from KV 55, compared with Tutankhamun’s (bottom two). Images – Zahi Hawass et al

scan-mummy-kv55

Akhenaten’s wife, Queen Nefertiti:

nefertiti

Point 6

Akhenaten was also Moses/Aaron of the Bible

Moses was actually Akhenaten who was a Pharaoh. They know this because the papaira which was taken from one of the pyramids talks about this. The people that were doing archaeology in Israel know this, and the reason is that not only Homo Capensis trying to keep human beings under control by divide and conquer, using our money system, they have also been doing this with our religion. – http://www.transients.info/2014/03/karen-hudes-announces-existence-of.html?spref=fb

Point 7

Ancient Israelite Priests Mimicked The Cone-Heads With Hats as do the Catholic Priests Today

In ancient Israel, the Kohen Gadol (High Priest) wore a headdress called the Mitznefet (Hebrew: מצנפת, often translated into English as “mitre”), which was wound around the head so as to form a broad, flat-topped turban. Attached to it was the Tzitz (Hebrew: ציץ), a plate of solid gold bearing the inscription “Holiness to YHWH”[1] (Exodus 39:14, 39:30).

Catholic Priests today:

vcards

Point 8

In earlier times, Cone-Heads were also formed by head-bindings of children, made to mimic the shape, effects and supposed nobility of real cone-heads

Point 9

Controversy exists about which uncovered cone head skulls are genetically made and which are made by head-bindings

[Through bindings placed on a baby’s head] you can alter the shape, but not the size. However, Tello found several skulls, at least 90 at the site called Cerro Colorado adjacent to the main graveyard in Paracas, which had cranial volume larger, and in some cases 2.5 times larger than a conventional modern human skull. How is this possible? As I have said, deformation can alter shape, but not the volume of bone material, and certainly not twice as much.

It is therefore obvious that we are dealing with 2 different phenomena; elongation through binding, and elongation via genetics. – http://www.grahamhancock.com/forum/FoersterB6.php?p=2

Point 10

Flat fore-brain indicates sociopathic lack of human empathy

We now know that sociability, kindness, social responsibility, etc. evolved within that area of the human brain behind the high forehead of modern homo. sap.

We speculate that the flattening of the fore-brain (platycephalic skull), seemingly typical of elite evolution, indicates loss or atrophy of normal ‘human’ traits in elites – before they finally become extinct.

Research gives reasons for believing that mental changes in `elites’ described above are results of a group aiming for perpetual ‘dominance’ and thereby eventually giving up human ‘self-consciousness’.

Given the history of the phenomenon outlined in this page, its circumstances (in elites), and its settings (slave states / empires), we can conclude it was used to create either `robots’ – limited humans, or `tyrants’ – fixated, highly efficient dominators of humans.

Point 11

The cone-heads are still here

Credible scientists support eye-witness accounts that Homo Capensis, whose thousands of skulls litter the Earth’s surface, are still with us. Ed Spencer, a Yale medical school trained neurologist, is foremost among them.

From `Malta and the Mediterranean Race’ by R. N. Bradley – 1912. “I have also tried to show that the annihilation of the pre-Aryans is by no means established in fact, and that the long-headed race has not only endured, but its influence has been, and is, felt in a remarkable manner.” – http://archive.org/stream/maltamediterrane00bradrich/maltamediterrane00bradrich_djvu.txt

Point 12

Today’s elitist families and royalty are related to an early European family known as the Este’s.

Around 900 CE, a mysterious family group appeared in southern Europe.  They early on assumed the name of `The House of Este’.

Pictures of the Este’s and other families around that time show realistic or stylized elongated heads, either mimicking the ancient cone-head nobility or emulating it.

Ginevra-d-Este

First recorded in Lombardy, the Este’s quickly seized positions of power in several other states, eventually becoming `owners of Europe’ – through their more recent descendants.  And maybe of Russia too.

ref: http://nexusilluminati.blogspot.ca/2013/03/mysterious-elongated-skulls-throughout.html

The House of Este was a family of Italian nobility, who held the title Duke of Modena. They are the ancestors of many royal houses.

All British monarchs since George I of the United Kingdom have been descended from the House of Este.

As descendants of Queen Victoria, the royal families of Norway, Sweden, Spain (through the paternal grandmothers of the reigning kings), and Denmark (through the present queen’s mother)

ref: http://familypedia.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_descendants_of_the_House_of_Este

Point 13

The Elites Have Covered Up The Cone-Head Connection

Elongated skulls from different parts of the world have apparently been hidden from public discovery. The story and the evidence largely left ‘buried’.

In South Africa, I think that this senseless brutal war (the Boer wars) against Farmer women and children was perpetrated to destroy the Farmers and prevent then from stumbling across archeological evidence that a large brain hominid civilization had existed there. – https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Edward+Spencer1.pdf

From an examination of the skeletons of the polished-stone age, it appears that the early inhabitants of Malta were a race of long-skulled people of lower medium height, akin to the early people of Egypt – http://www.archive.org/stream/nationalgeograph37natiuoft/nationalgeograph37natiuoft_djvu.txt

Conclusion

  • The influence of coneheads on human history is big.
  • It seems today’s elites takes influence somehow from the coneheads significance.
  • Despite the coverups, continuing research should reveal a clearer picture of human history and the connection with these elongated or cone shaped skulls.

This entire topic is of course beset with pseudo-science as well as intricate coverups spanning decades, if not millennia. Here’s one de-bunk article http://doubtfulnews.com/2014/02/foerster-pye-and-ketchum-collaborate-paracas-elongated-skull-exposed-its/

For the record, I adhere to Cliff High’s assessment of Zachaira Sitchin (‘a lying son of a bitch’) which means Lloyd Pie et al lack credibility too as Pie wrote in favour of Sitchin’s work (misinterpretations and fabrications).

Dogma and Tantra [debate about what Tantra means]

Tantra teacher Sheea (pictured above) shared this message:

I love empowering young men with Tantra! Makes them a better lover 4 Life!

Sean replied saying:

Tantra is about using sexual energy for higher pursuits such as enlightenment…not about fucking or full-body orgasms. At least call what you do “American Tantra”.

Here’s how the debate between myself and Sean went down:

Gav

Sean, what you describe sounds more like indian tantra. Taoist tantra is very much about sexual pleasure too. And being better lovers, having better relationships with our partners, is enlightenment

Sean

We probably have different definitions of ‘Tantra’ and ‘enlightenment’. To say “Indian Tantra” is like saying a “German Shepard dog”. You can make curry in America and call it Indian curry, but that doesn’t make it so.

In the last couple decades or so, in the west, the word Tantra has become a blanket term to describe anything dealing with sex and psychology, self improvement, mysticism or spirituality. The New Age likes to take that which is sacred to Hindus, redefine it, make it marketable and claim it as their own.

And while Toaist Tantra may concentrate on various sexual techniques, pleasure and such; it’s goal still transcends the physical. Tantra and its teachings actually refer to Yogic techniques expounded by Indian/Hindu Yogis, sages, scholars and pundits from the middle ages. I have no problem with sex or Toaism. There both great. I’m just a purist I guess.

Gav

The goal of taoist tantra does not ‘transcend’ the physical. The physical is an inherent aspect of Taoist philosophy.

Gav

And criticizing the use of a word for the sake of being historically/traditionally accurate is more dogmatic than purist.

Sean Really?

Gav
I totally agree with the sentiment of superficiality in new-age culture though.

Gav

I suggest what’s required is a fusion of sense (physical/current/modern experience) and sensibility (depth of insight/etymology/history/context)

Sean

Being a practicing Hindu for 30 years now, I like to keep some integrity to things like Tantra and Yoga…but you can make up whatever definition you like…but in doing so, it is you who are being dogmatic. I will take notice of what Tantra has become in the west during the last decade if you take notice of what it’s been and how it has evolved in India over the last three centuries. Deal?

Gav

Sean, ‘integrity’ via your own personal experience of history. I suggest you learn not to accuse people of lacking integrity just because they use alternate word meanings as you.

Sean

My own personal experience with history? Really? Can you tell me about India’s history? About the history of Tantra? Hinduism?

Sean

Actually, you seem smart but what do you know about such things? You’ve a read a few books and been to a workshop or whatever…and now your an expert?

Gav

No I can’t. It’s not in my personal experience. What is, is the approach of Tantra as per Taoism. And Taoism recognizes pleasure and physicality as core to spirituality. Apparently unlike Indian Tantra (as per the limited personal experience I’ve had with it). And the comparison given in various books of right and left tantra.

Gav

I practice Taoist Tantra as per Master Mantak Chia. I’m not an expert on Tantra.

Sean

Do you have orgasms?

Sean

Whatever, I was studying/practicing Toaist Tantra and the Toa Te Ching before you were born. Why don’t you take your condescending arrogance and shove it up you ass…see if that brings you pleasure and enlightenment…which are one in the same according to you. I doubt you even know what the word ‘Tantra’ means. Cheers.

Hmm, nice guy. His Facebook profile shows him as ‘Ayurvedic consultant & teacher of Vedantic meditation’. With a job title like that I would have expected him to be a little more tolerant etc. You might be able to find the Facebook comment thread here.

Achieving Ecstasy Like A God

The original Greek meaning of ‘ecstasy’ was an experience of being outside of yourself.

This is what we seek in terms of ascension.

You achieve that in human form by being ‘in flow’, as described by this leading music composer:

You are in an ecstatic state to such a point that you feel as though you almost don’t exist. I have experienced this time and time again. My hand seems devoid of myself, and I have nothing to do with what is happening. I just sit there watching it in a state of awe and wonderment. And [the music] just flows out of itself.

Mihaly explains this process as when we are doing something highly challenging when we also have a high degree of skill for it, and the brain reaches our natural limit of processing information.

He says the brain can only process 120 bits of information at a time.  Listening to a conversation requires at least 60 bits.

The composer continues:

when you are really involved in this completely engaging process of creating something new – as this man does – he doesn’t have enough attention left over to monitor how his body feels or his problems at home. He can’t feel even that he’s hungry or tired, his body disappears, his identity disappears from his consciousness because he doesn’t have enough attention, like none of us do, to really do well something that requires a lot of concentration and at the same time to feel that he exists.

‘Body disappears’

‘Forgets his own existence’

Doesn’t this sound a lot like the ecstasy sought by new-age spiritualists?

Transcending the body. Rising above physical experience to a higher dimension? Etc…

Indeed:

This capacity of our conscious processing mind may be the greatest opportunity for ecstasy as described and sought by old spiritual traditions.

Body disappears… physical discomforts disappear… identity disappears from his consciousness… existence is temporarily suspended.

Mihaly describes the 7 key points of feeling in flow:

1. Completely involved in what we are doing – focused, concentrated.
2. A sense of ecstasy – of being outside everyday reality.
3. Great inner clarity – knowing what needs to be done, and how well we are doing.
4. Knowing that the activity is doable – that skills are adequate to the task.
5. A sense of serenity – no worries about oneself, and a feeling of growing beyond the boundaries of the ego.
6. Timelessness – thoroughly focused on the present, our sin to pass by in minutes.
7. Intrinsic motivation – whatever produces flow becomes its own reward.

Sounds good right?

But if we are never aware or conscious of that experience then there’s really no point in it, as it’s our individual experience of something that makes it worth while. This is a key point that modern-day spiritualists miss, but they miss it because they’re so desperately seeking that out of body ecstatic state of flow.

Now here’s the practical implications:

A truism in the field of creativity says that we need 10,000 hours or 10 years of technical and experiential immersion into a subject before we approach mastery of creativity in that field… the ability to truly change something in a way that it’s better than before.

10,000 hours or 10 years may be somewhat arbitrary, but here’s the point…

It takes time to master creativity in any subject.

So imagine the potential of ecstatic experience given an accumulation of mastery in different topics to enter the flow of true creativity….

Therein lies the future of our enlightenment and of our ascension to a higher dimension of experience.

Right down here on Earth. Not up there in some fantasy light-body mysticism.

But it requires tremendous effort to become masterful at anything. And there in lies the rub. People today are lazy. You Are lazy.

Am I right?

So how can you encourage yourself to focus on the real requirements of ascension rather than the effortless fantasy of pseudo spiritual ascension?

Well, that’s ultimately the topic for the entirety of Survival2020.

We call it The Flower of Being.

Primacy of Experience And the Revolution of Chaos [video]

Brilliant expression of the philosophy of inner liberty and social revolution by Terence McKenna

You may find a glimmer of pure intention towards true purpose — or you may finally decide to walk away from your old paradigm.

A debate over enlightenment, truth and reality

Rich (name changed) started this discussion as a direct response to my article ‘What Frustrates Me Most In Life‘.

The debate unfolds in what I hope is quite a clear demonstration of the good intentions of spiritually minded people, but the almost total lack of foundations on which these airy-fairy philosophies are formed.

It’s really not criticism of Rich or anyone else. It is however a strong call to arms by anyone genuinely interested in man’s evolution.

We need clarity. We need to become integrated enough to see past the illusions of superficial wishful thinking.

We need fully integrated honesty.

Here’s the debate:

Rich

a consequential quality of enlightened humans is absolute humility – to such a degree that one dare not impose one’s understanding upon another.

ultimately, the answer’s lay dormant within each being, waiting to be revealed to those who surrender their attachment to beliefs and accumulated knowledge.

Absolute truth, and all history spill out over the empty canvass of a deconditioned mind, not as thought, but by virtue of feeling and experience – by revelation.

Humans are not currently as evolved as they have been, present civilization is primitive in comparison to humanity when collectively self-realized.

From what I’ve come to understand, is that the individual journey is not about accumulating knowledge, but rather of surrendering all thought so that the infinite nature of reality can be experienced without bias, as the universe and everythingness itself.

all identity of self must be discarded to dissolve the illusion of separateness.

“a consequential quality of enlightened humans is absolute humility – to such a degree that one dare not impose one’s understanding upon another.”

Then one wouldn’t speak to another, surely? For all words carry the magic of influence by spiritual design.

Unless by ‘impose’ you mean some kind of forcible compulsion. And if you meant something like that, why is it relevant to my post?

Does your reply attempt to demonstrate the humility? I’m really not sure what you’re getting at about ‘humility’.

Moving on…

You said:

“ultimately, the answer’s lay dormant within each being, waiting to be revealed to those who surrender their attachment to beliefs and accumulated knowledge. Absolute truth, and all history spill out over the empty canvass of a deconditioned mind, not as thought, but by virtue of feeling and experience – by revelation.”

Seems you believe in some kind of mystical divine revelation without the necessity or involvement of the conscious mind and volitional effort. I don’t see it the same way at all.

You said:

“Humans are not currently as evolved as they have been, present civilization is primitive in comparison to humanity when collectively self-realized.”

How do you know they’re not evolved as they have been?

And, what does ‘collectively self-realized’ mean?

You said:

“From what I’ve come to understand, is that the individual journey is not about accumulating knowledge, but rather of surrendering all thought…”

Surrendering all thought happens at the point of death.

You continued:

“…so that the infinite nature of reality can be experienced without bias, as the universe and everythingness itself.”

Yes indeed. Without creative volitional conscious the universe would eventually arrive at a grey slimy entropic death where all energy is spent and everything is uniformly consistent. While possible, it’s not the goal by any stretch.

Consciousness is the god-spark that shapes experience. And that comes with great responsibility, effort and piercing honesty. Things that new-agers seem to want to escape… by surrendering all thought and returning to ‘the limitless’.

You finished with:

“all identity of self must be discarded to dissolve the illusion of separateness.”

Why do you see separateness as a bad thing? By what twists and turns of your nature as a god-like creator have you been led to believe that identity and distinctness are illusions? Illusions of what? Without identity and separation, what would be left to perceive, and what would it be perceiving?

The view of eliminating volitional conscious experience in favour of returning to primordial soup fits the dogma of misunderstood karma as unleashed by the likes of Henry Kissinger who started the current new age movement in the 60s, via the likes of Osho, perpetuating the subtle anti-life philosophy of Krishnamurti and common christianity, maintaining the veil of misunderstanding on the mystery schools.

The very thing I want to help people decode.

The subconscious emotional intuition serves only to alert a person that something is amiss. Then the person must apply the reasoning torch of the volitional mind to integrate a detailed clear picture of reality.

Consider this:

IAO. The Ankh cross. The firey spirit of god as the flame of human consciousness, immersed in the waters of material existence giving it form… differentiation… separate identity… distinction.

  • I is the phalic symbol of man, of the creative force, of volitional consciousness, of fire, of the hand, of penetrating into the waters and germinating creation of form.
  • O is the universal waters of feminine energy, of receptivity, openness, fertility, gestation, nurture.
  • A is love that both separates and unifies. Unifies TO separate! And separates TO unify…

Rich, I don’t know you from Adam but I love you for sharing and caring about these most important topics.

Rich

Influence solely depends on the audiences desire to be influenced. Humility is a characteristic defined by an individual’s intentions, and if being of influence is not amongst them, then how would speaking compromise the integrity of being humble?

We speak when ask questions to better understand our world and eachother, do we not? What influence do questions pose?

Imposition refers to intentionally trying to influence another persons opinion.

Surrendering thought occurs at death yes, but not at the physical death. It happens only once, when the ego dies (enlightenment).

My initial paragraph attempts to demonstrate nothing other than to share what I have come to understand.

Is not all thought the consequence of feeling? Is not everything consciousness? All that we sense is the result of how we choose to interpret reality.

Intuition is our direct connection to consciousness itself (“god”).

The mind organizes intuitive signals of consciousness into thought so that we may attempt to discern our current reality. Intuition = feeling. Emotion is to intuition and feeling, what gravity is to gravifugal force. People often choose to interpret and define words in ways that support their current beliefs, to protect their illusory “identity”.

What is identity? Is it not just an interpretive opinion based on one’s imagination, therefore illusory?

All beliefs are illusory, they are framed and held in the mind, and limit our ability to experience infinity.

Revelation is epiphany, and they are experienced through consciousness itself.

It is not religious nor dogmatic. It is the result of clarity and awareness at the absolute level.

The opinions I shared have nothing to do with the new age cult, and everything to do with truths that have been understood long since before the delusion of time.

No civilization that I’m aware of has been so out of harmony with the laws of nature and life as we are currently.

The pyramids of Giza were power plants, and consciousness amplifyers. I’ll let you consider what implications this holds. They were built atleast 12,000 years ago.

If what I said was interpretable as a means to challenge your views, it was not my intention.

Consider this: You’d make a great lawyer. Theyre argumemntative and have an unrelenting desire to be right.

Rich

Yes, misunderstanding the ego as something false or “bad” is indeed tragic.

The ego serves many purposes, and is absolutely essential to the process of enlightenment, yet its existence ceases when the state of enlightenment prevails.

This state causes one’s actions and choices to supersede thought, to that of instant intuitive impulse aligned with facilitating the evolution of (itself) the universe.

This understanding is learned through experience, not by reading scriptures. And although the scriptures carry an immense volume of wisdom, not all is to be accepted as truth, even if adhered to by an entire race, because 100% of people can be wrong.

Good and bad are illusory subjective opinion, as is duality.

Gav

I’ll try to reply tomorrow but the outcome of this conversation will likely be that you denounce words as unable to convey the meaning you are attempting to express, because the contradictions are beginning to mount. I’ll try my best to unravel at least some of it.

Rich

I enjoy exchanging ideas with one as intellectually evolved and articulate as yourself. I look forward to your dissection so that I may better understand myself and reality.

Gav

Here’s one:

if ‘everything is consciousness’ then is everything illusion or is nothing illusion? If something is illusion then can everything still be consciousness? I’m not clear on what meaning, definition or identity you give to your words. And since you suggest identity is illusion based on imagination, are you just using words to express emotion without wanting to actually be understandable?

Rich

Interpreted thought is illusion

Gav

So is there such thing as uninterpreted thought?

Rich

there is that which precedes thought

Gav

and that I think you suggested is ‘feeling’?

Rich

intuition

Gav

so intuition is non-interpreted thought which is not illusion?

Rich

i understand the position of your dissemination. what im trying to communicate is difficult to describe.

Gav

bingo. that didn’t take long.

Gav

So here’s a few assertions and responses:

Rich

Inutition: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/intuition

1. direct perception of truth, fact, etc., independent of any reasoning process; immediate apprehension.
2. a fact, truth, etc., perceived in this way.
3. a keen and quick insight.
4. the quality or ability of having such direct perception or quick insight.
5. Philosophy .
a. an immediate cognition of an object not inferred or determined by a previous cognition of thesame object.
b. any object or truth so discerned.
c. pure, untaught, noninferential knowledge.

Gav

  • Ego death is not enlightenment. The scriptures definitely don’t say that either. That’s a tragic new-age misunderstanding.
  • Ego is the essence of consciousness which directs creation through purity of intent. The misidentification of ego as something false or bad is part of that tragic new-age misunderstanding.
  • The conscious mind is a reality discerning instrument, which operates through perceptive distinction of similarities and differences (identity).

Gav

You asked:

“What is identity? Is it not just an interpretive opinion based on one’s imagination, therefore illusory?”

If I prefer vanilla ice-cream to chocolate ice-cream is that an interpretive opinion based on my imagination and thus an illusion?

Gav

You say:

“All beliefs are illusory, they are framed and held in the mind, and limit our ability to experience infinity.”

By what senses do you propose to be able to experience infinity?

Gav

“Revelation is epiphany, and they are experienced through consciousness itself. It is not religious nor dogmatic. It is the result of clarity and awareness at the absolute level.”

And you are thusly enlightened to the epiphany’s absolute clarity, right? By what reliable means does one achieve this beyond the illusion of making imaginative identifications?

Gav

”No civilization that I’m aware of has been so out of harmony with the laws of nature and life as we are currently.”

By what measure? What standards? Your intuition?

Gav

I suggest not basing your understanding of words on contemporary superficial dictionaries. ‘direct perception’ is definitely not ‘intuition’.

Rich

are you being defensive? lol

Gav

Actually no, I have nothing personally to defend. I have clarity on all this and I know where it leads. I’m asking questions to try and ferret out the contradictions inherent in your use of words, not as a personal attack, but because these topics are so crucially important for us all to move to a more genuinely integrated level of discernment.

Rich

your preference of vanilla ice cream is just a preference. the way we interpret the taste is subjective, despite how similarly we may describe it…

infinity is to be experienced when you dissolve all identification with definition and interpretation. During the moment of experience, there is no defining or interpretation occurring. Technically it is “provable” and measurable that nothing is separate.

When form is broken down atomically, all is swimming in an infinite sea of atoms. Do you believe air separates you from a wall?…

i do not claim to be enlightened currently, i have observed my steady decline of consciousness…. there is plenty of documentation on ancient civilizations to be researched. It is indeed only an opinion where I stand on civilizations cycles of conscious evolution, despite the amount of professional adepts in the fields of archaeology, consciousness, astronomy, and philosophy with whom this opinion is shared.

Gav

You said:

I can not have a preference without identification. Subjectivity is based on identity too. You said identity is illusion. So do I like vanilla ice-cream or not?

Gav

You said:

infinity is to be experienced when you dissolve all identification with definition and interpretation.

I’ve already asked… By what senses do you propose to be able to experience infinity?

…Is it by feeling? Does feeling not include subjective identity? How do you feel without identification? Why is thought based on subjective illusory identity where as feeling is not?

Gav

You said:

“During the moment of experience, there is no defining or interpretation occurring.”

Experience can be seen to operate at 2 levels.

  1. An impersonal matter-of-fact event such as a pin prick with a needle. Now, a drugged up dissociated schizophrenic might witness the pin prick without subjective association of the pain on his finger.
  2. But a sentient self-aware cognitive being would have a holistic experience of both the matter-of-fact event and the identification of that event happening to their own finger as well as the subjective emotional feeling of pain.

Gav

You said:

“Technically it is “provable” and measurable that nothing is separate. When form is broken down atomically, all is swimming in an infinite sea of atoms. Do you believe air separates you from a wall?…”

This is the same new-age drivel that is utterly stupefying all of the spiritually open and well intentioned people like yourself. It’s patently dishonest to attempt the use of some connived quantum theory of atomic flux to reason that our own experience of distance and matter is either illusory or non-existent.

And I think this sits near the essence of the metaphysical conundrum.

Just because matter/energy can or does exist in a certain form at a certain level of physics does not mean that our own every-day experience of matter/energy is false.

I don’t know how to put it any simpler than that. It’s as close to self-evident as I can fathom.

Unless you maintain that your entire experience of both thought and feeling does NOT exist, then you have to recognize that you are separate from the wall that’s on the other side of the room to you, in your state of experience. And since that’s the state of experience that you exist in, it is an experience that exists! It’s self-evident!

Now just because you also are made of up little tiny atoms whizzing round in a sea of quantum flux does not negate the outer level vibration of experiential matter. For where does it end? It only ends in one of two ways. That you blank out your own conscious awareness (plenty of yogi gurus in India that come half way to doing that), or you accept that you ARE conscious. That you DO have identity. That you CAN identify things of experience through your thought. And that you DO exist with preferences and needs.

Gav

In your very first message you seem to lay claim to enlightenment, as to know what enlightenment involves surely you must have to be enlightened?

You said:

“a consequential quality of enlightened humans is absolute humility”

And you have claimed that truth manifests not through thought or accumulated knowledge, but by ‘revelation’:

You said:

“answer’s lay dormant within each being, waiting to be revealed to those who surrender their attachment to beliefs and accumulated knowledge”

“the individual journey is not about accumulating knowledge, but rather of surrendering all thought so that the infinite nature of reality can be experienced without bias, as the universe and everythingness itself.”

“Absolute truth, and all history spill out over the empty canvass of a deconditioned mind, not as thought, but by virtue of feeling and experience – by revelation.”

You’ve disparaged thought as illusory and claimed ’truth comes not from thought but by revelation’, but now you seem to change direction by suggesting ‘researching the documented opinions of professional adepts’

You said:

“i do not claim to be enlightened currently, i have observed my steady decline of consciousness…. there is plenty of documentation on ancient civilizations to be researched. It is indeed only an opinion where I stand on civilizations cycles of conscious evolution, despite the amount of professional adepts in the fields of archaeology, consciousness, astronomy, and philosophy with whom this opinion is shared.”

So do you still uphold the assertions you made in your very first message? Or are they more like wishful thinking based on emotion without much thought put into whether they’re true or not?

Part 2 coming soon if the debate continues…
